Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help seniors live a healthier life. Regular walking requires a lifestyle change. To help our members get started MSC has organized a weekly Walk for Health Group. Walkers meet on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. at Erindale Park, 1695 Dundas Street West, Mississauga. (entrance just east of Mississauga Road on the north side). The walk is for one hour. Members socialize and enjoy snacks after the walk until 10:30.
